It's officially Fall and that means we can start feeling the slight chill in the air and smell the pumpkin coffee brewing. This season is perfect for anyone that loves to layer, without the need of going overboard. As we all know, fashion trends are always changing and evolving; 2019 is no different! Make sure you stay in style by following our tips to help you look as chic as possible this Fall season!

Capes
Believe it or not, and despite Edna Mode’s aggressive stance on the matter, capes are seriously in right now. Snag one in a variety of earth tones that are autumnally appropriate, from the classic trench coat beige to elegant camel to striking black.
Jewel Tones
Brilliant jewel tones are also hitting the streets this fall, particularly in stunning oranges and intense pinks - whether you want to carry some of that summer vibrancy through the end of the year or just want to push back against all the neutral colors out there, it’s a solid move.
Plaid at Play
Much like the smudged eye makeup look, another grunge element that’s back in play is plaid! This isn’t purely a grunge thing, however - there are a variety of plaid looks that will make you feel chic and sleek, whether you’re looking for a jacket, pants, or fitted vest.
Micro Bag
The mirco bag is exactly what it sounds like: a teeny tiny purse that stands out thanks to it's miniature size. Many designers are creating lovely looks in this style for Fall, pairing them with gorgeous clothing choices. I especially love that you don't have to stress what to take with you; after all, it's more of a fashion statement than a practical purse.
Golden Accessories
It's difficult to find anyone that doesn't love a nice gold accessory and you guessed it: it's still very much in this Fall! Golden belts and gold colored statement necklaces are my personal go to accessories, but you can choose any golden piece to spice up your wardrobe!
Remember: fashion is, at its heart, all about finding your confidence and your creativity through personal presentation. Find what you like, take what works for you, and leave the rest. Now, get out there and work it!
