Warranty Information

ISA Professional offers a 5 year no quibble manufacturer's warranty on all hair straighteners and flat irons. This warranty covers the product from the date of purchase.

How do I register for warranty?

If you purchased directly from ISA Professional on this website you do not need to register. We registered it for you as as courtesy as soon as you ordered.

If you purchased your ISA Professional product from an authorized reseller, please fill out the form below with your full name, address, retailer name, and invoice number.

How do I make a warranty claim?

Step 1

You need to have your original purchase information, and a brief description of the problem. Email us at warranty@isa-professional the date, invoice number, and location of your original purchase. A friendly ISA Professional customer service specialist will contact you and provide detailed information on how to proceed, along with an RMA number.

Step 2

Return the product to our warranty center using a trackable inexpensive method of shipping such as Fedex ground, UPS ground, or United States Post Office. You will be given the address along with your RMA number.

Step 3

We wish our customers to have as little down time as possible. Within 3 days of receiving your warranty product, we will send you a brand new identical product via expedited shipping. All you have to do is receive it and enjoy!

Warranty Continuation

Your 5 year warranty will continue based on the date of the original purchase. For example, if you bought a flat iron on January 1, 2023 and requested warranty service on January 1, 2024, your warranty would run until January 1, 2028.
